Toby Coop is an award-winning publisher of video games for business, and a thought leader focused on empowering teams to meet the challenges, disruptive technologies and accelerating change impacting organizations across the world.
He is the skipper of Disruptive Learning Solutions and an evangelist for video games being deployed at scale in organizations, to develop speed, mobility and rapid decision-making & agility. He is a pioneer in the use of pedagogy to design video games to drive and develop leadership, teamwork, and power skills.
Furthermore, he works with organizations to help them turn their oil tanker-like organization into a set of speed boats. He helps teams understand the competitive advantage of deploying competency-based pedagogical assets that drive real performance. He co-founded Strategic Teams Academy as the world's first video game, coaching, and experiential learning academy for empowered teams.
Before Disruptive Learning Solutions, he spent time working in Sales at Xerox and Software Houses focused on ERP, and logistics, Executive Coaching, consulting and pioneering the use of new technologies to drive learning.
His education includes a BA(hons.) Psychology and M. Phil in Social Work. He is the author of Empower Teams: creating sustainable competitive advantage, available in the fall 2022.
